Pedro Pascal’s charisma is off the charts as Oberyn.
It has to suck so hard for Tyrion, spending your entire life being vilified and made a monster in the public eye for the simple crime of being born different while constantly being called out on the front and forced to take the aggression for crimes perpetuated by an actual monster in his father.
That little flex where he runs his hand over the flame. Dorne missed a chance for their revenge against the Lannisters. Imagine if they had formed up their army and joined up with Robb Stark. Another 20 000 men for Robb to employ after all the damage he did with his vastly inferior numbers.

Pedro is a teddy bear of a man with a great talent for playing truly dangerous men. He dies too well too considering how much he makes me like him.
Oberyn is probably the only person in the series who Tyrion never gave any cheek to. I'd like to think Tyrion knew Oberyn was a different sort who wouldn't suffer such foolishness.

I just love how Tyrion remained loyal to Sansa honoring her by declining Oberyn’s off of women. Tyrion could’ve easily accepted. It would’ve been well in his right. Not to mention how their marriage started out seeming laughable, like it only happened for everyone to make a joke out of it. In spite of that, he was a good man. I love that. But I also knew he’d be as much. I mean- wherever Sansa was involved, Tyrion was always gentler.
